Ekwil

Ekwil is a joint venture established in July 2024 through the partnership between Technip Energies and SBM Offshore, two major international groups and leaders in the energy sector.
Our mission is to play a key role in the development of renewable energies by delivering solutions for floating offshore wind.

The internship contract will be with Technip Energies, while the role will be fully integrated within the Ekwil team.

About the mission we offer you:

You will be involved in:

• Supporting the organization and logistics of internal and external events (trade shows, conferences, webinars, client events, team-building activities), in coordination with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Contributing to administrative and budget follow-up for marketing and communication activities (expense tracking, monitoring tables, support in budget preparation).
• Conducting supplier and service provider research (events, production of communication materials, goodies, etc.) and supporting follow-up on exchanges and orders.
• Contributing to the creation and monitoring of reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing and communication activities, particularly for events, digital initiatives, and social media.
• Supporting social media activities, particularly on LinkedIn: assisting with content preparation and publication, contributing to the editorial calendar, monitoring performance, and analyzing results.

• Providing operational support to Ekwils Marketing & Communication activities, including:
  
  • creation and updates of communication materials (presentations, brochures, flyers),
  • contribution to content creation (articles, posts, visuals),
  • participation in the preparation of campaigns and launches of projects or technologies.
• Supporting the coordination of internal and external content, working closely with internal teams and external partners (agencies, designers, suppliers).
• Being proactive and bringing ideas, formats, or improvements to strengthen Ekwils visibility and support its commercial and communication objectives.

During this internship, you will be accompanied by a tutor to answer your various questions.

Minimum experience:

• Minimum education level: 2 years of higher education (Bac+2 equivalent)
• Previous internship experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
