This Position reports to:
Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, the Corporate Functional Controller is responsible for financial oversight, governance, and performance management of corporate functions (e.g., HR, IT, Legal, Procurement, Marketing). The role ensures accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, budgeting discipline, and strategic financial support to functional leadership.

This position will be reporting to FP&A Services hub - Team lead

This role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation R&D in Bangalore, India.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - budgets, forecasts, long‑range plans, and variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate reporting & compliance with internal controls, US GAAP/IFRS, and regulatory standards.
• Drive governance & cost management by monitoring OPEX, CAPEX, headcount, and productivity metrics.
• Act as a strategic business partner - provide insights, support vendor negotiations, and influence decisions.
• Enhance processes & transformation

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance or accounting with professional certification of CMA or CA.

• Professional Accounting Certification with CMA / CA (qualified).
• 5-8 years of experience in Accounting and Finance with detailed experience in CFIN implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a thorough, detail‑oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills; fluent in English.
• Hands‑on experience in SAP CFIN, MS Office, and ABB reporting tools.
• Ability to work with diverse teams across different countries.
• Self‑motivated with a strong commitment to quality.
• High say‑do ratio; ability to brainstorm, deep‑dive, and find ways to deliver results as per RARO division management requirements.
