Short description

The Crew Planner is the first point of contact for crew and other disciplines regarding planning and is responsible for the planning of the expected personnel that will be required for upcoming projects, as well as coordinating and providing input for the Team on planning and special requirements.

Function description

• Maintaining contact with other departments regarding the compliance of planned personnel.
• Ensuring proper personnel planning within the framework planning.
• Informing individual crew members on their travel schedules and appointed Vessel / Project.

Requirements

• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• HBO degree in a relevant/related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience. Experience with planning of Offshore Crew is preferred, but not a must.
• Willingness to travel.

Because of the job location and potential travels (work related) within Europe, an EU citizenship is required.
