Are you ready to take on a new adventure? We're looking for a 3rd Engineer to join us on upcoming offshore project on offshore installation vessel in UK waters.

Function Description

As a 3rd Engineer, you support the 2nd Engineer and Chief Engineer in daily operations, maintenance, and repair tasks. You will be responsible for the upkeep of engines and auxiliary machinery, carrying out routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment such as engines, boilers, pumps, and other engine room systems.

Your duties also include maintaining accurate records of engine room operations and equipment status, as well as supervising engine room crew to ensure all tasks are completed safely and efficiently. In addition, you will assist with fuel management and ensure compliance with environmental regulations related to vessel operations.

A strong candidate consistently follows safety standards and brings flexibility and a positive attitude - qualities highly valued in the offshore industry.

Requirements

To qualify for this job, the candidate should have:

• BOSIET/HUET (FOET) with CA+EBS;
• Offshore medical OGUK;
• GWO sea survival and working at heights;
• Valid STCW's for the role;
• COC (STCW III/1);
• Valid Seaman´s book and UK work permit ;
• Experience onboard offshore installation vessel is a plus.
