Onshore Windfarm Project Manager Location: Philippines Start Date: March 2026 Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Onshore Windfarm Project Manager to oversee the development and construction of a new windfarm project in the Philippines. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project from inception to completion, ensuring that it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets Manage all aspects of the project, including procurement, construction, and commissioning Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project goals Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Knowledge of windfarm development and construction processes Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
