About the Role
As Head of Sales Support, you will provide strategic direction and operational leadership for a team of around 30 professionals. Your mission is to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality processes that support our growth objectives. You'll manage pre- and post-sales activities, oversee key systems, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimise performance and minimise cost to serve.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Sales Support teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Drive strategic and operational improvements across all customer segments.
- Ensure robust, documented processes and compliance with industry regulations.
- Manage workflows, tenders, and key systems (Junifer, CRM, CSPs).
- Provide accurate reporting and insights to senior leadership.
- Resolve escalations and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
- Influence wider B2B sales strategy and contribute to proposition development.
What We're Looking For
- Proven senior management experience in sales support or similar.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of gas and electricity industry processes.
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
