The Product Line Director for Weatherford Digital in North America is responsible for leading the regional strategy, commercial growth, and portfolio performance across Weatherford's digital product suite and related digital services. This role combines strategic operations leadership, commercial acceleration, customer engagement, and cross-functional coordination to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and operational excellence across the digital business. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with deep understanding of upstream and midstream digital technologies, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to translate customer needs into impactful digital solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for being familiar with the Company's Quality policies and takes an active role in the compliance and improvement of Weatherford's Management System
Maintains service quality as immediate priorities when working across all areas of the business and continually seeks areas for improvement.
STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP & GROWTH
Own and execute the North America digital product line strategy, including revenue targets, pricing models, and multi-year growth plans.
Identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to evolve and position the digital portfolio for maximum impact.
Prioritize regional product investments, roadmap contributions, and market opportunities in alignment with global Digital strategy.
COMMERCIAL & CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
Partner with Sales and Account Management to win new business, expand existing accounts, and accelerate adoption across Digital products.
Act as a senior customer-facing leader-presenting value propositions, conducting executive briefings, and guiding solution positioning.
Support the development of commercial proposals, win strategies, and differentiated offerings tailored to customer objectives.
PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
Spearhead new technology commercialization across the geo-market.
Collaborate with global Product Line leadership to align market requirements, influence the product roadmap, and ensure regional competitiveness.
Ensure strong integration and cross-selling across the digital ecosystem.
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting for the NAM digital business.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery quality, customer success, and post-sales adoption.
Establish governance for quality, risk management, and commercial discipline across all digital engagements.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
Work closely with Engineering, Deployment, Customer Success, and the global Digital organization to ensure scalable, repeatable execution.
Coordinate marketing, training, and enablement to strengthen internal capabilities and market awareness.
COMMUNICATION
Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate external.
Supervisors & Managers should clearly communicate expectations, roles, and responsibilities to their reports.
Contribute with Product Line updates at the Weekly Operations Staff Meeting.
FINANCIAL
All employees have an accountability to the organisation to be financially responsible whether they oversee a function budget or simply their own expenses.
Costs incurred should be within approved budget, processed within agreed time frames & following the relevant financial policy and procedure.
PEOPLE & DEVELOPMENT
Employees have a responsibility for developing their own careers within the Company including completing all necessary function, compliance & business standards training to enhance their knowledge, skills, and experience.

REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Petroleum Engineering, or related field.
10+ year of experience with at least 5+ years of experience in Digital Oilfield, Production Optimization, SCADA, Industrial Software, or related energy technology domains.
REQUIRED
Deep knowledge of the Oil & Gas value chain and operational workflows (e.g., production, SCADA, analytics, asset performance).
Strong understanding of digital tools such as cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), data management systems, predictive analytics, and industrial automation.
Proven leadership in product line management, solution commercialization, or digital strategy roles.
Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in revenue growth and customer engagement.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.
PREFERRED
Master's degree (MBA or Engineering discipline).
Experience with cloud platforms, AI/ML applications, or industrial data platforms.
Travel Requirement:
This role may require domestic and potentially international travel of up to: 25-50%
