Continuous improvements (CI) team leads the global approach to Quality and continuous improvements in Vestas throughout the value chain. This function drives global and regional CI activities by leveraging experienced professionals in the organization on lean and six sigma. This enables Vestas's quality to meet the strategic priorities, which include performance improvement across Vestas Quality

Responsibilities

• Manage complex problem-solving for business-critical problems impacting CoPQ, LPF metrics
• Enable data-driven decision-making in the projects involved, and support the team in producing measurable outcomes
• Create project charters, approvals from sponsors, and execute quality improvement projects to closure
• Understand the trends and patterns in data to forecast future risks that can hit our KPIs and build a governance around it
• Support and contribute to the development of Six Sigma & problem-solving competency in Vestas

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with min 10-12 years of experience
• Data analyst with relevant SQL experience in developing BI and Power BI dashboards
• Six Sigma Green belt / Black Belt / Master Black trained or certified
• Practical experience in running problem-solving with effective RCA, containment, corrective, and preventive actions
• Good knowledge of six sigma tools and approaches like DMAIC, Lean, DFSS, etc
• Experience leading strategic initiatives, Global Continuous Improvement project
• 5 to 8 years of experience in problem-solving in Quality/Product design/Manufacturing/business process
• Experience in change management tools and process

Competencies

• Solid analytical skill, In-depth knowledge, and practical experience in the development of dashboards in BI, Power BI
• Solid stakeholder and project management skills
• Experienced collaborator with clear communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization, you will interact with several stakeholders across the value chain
• Good at building networks and establishing partnerships
• Action oriented, motivated & focused on accomplishing improvement
• Solution-focused with the skill to reduce complex problems to clear, logical milestones
• Fluent in English and a good communicator with effective verbal, written communication and the ability to present ideas clearly
