Training, Guidance & Continuous Improvement

  • Deliver training and guidance to procurement and business partners on compliance controls, policy changes, and regulatory obligations (including E&C, trade compliance, and modern slavery requirements).
  • Find opportunities for continuous improvement and implement enhancements to procurement controls, risk mitigation approaches, and compliance frameworks.
  • Provide technical and regulatory compliance expertise to category and hub teams to support issue resolution and process optimization.

Audit, Reporting & Governance

  • Coordinate procurement‑related audits (internal, external, regulatory) and ensure timely completion and closure of all audit findings.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on compliance performance indicators across Castrol Procurement.
  • Consolidate compliance reporting from category and hub teams and present clear, actionable updates to leadership.
  • Contribute to policy updates and governance reviews impacting procurement and supply‑chain compliance.

Essential Education, Experience & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Business, Law, Ethics & Compliance, or a related field.
  • Experience in procurement compliance, preferably within the oil & gas, manufacturing, or chemicals/lubricants sectors.
  • Exposure to or experience with legal, E&C, export controls, labor/human rights compliance, or modern‑slavery legislation is highly desirable.
