This Position reports to:
Local Division Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement people strategy through the execution of HR processes. Each day, you will provide HR support for a defined team or location, by partnering with respective managers. You will also showcase your expertise by representing HR in the business and establishing strong relationships with all business leaders and employees.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the Motion and Process Automation business areas in Hungary. Main stakeholders are Local Division Manager.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Ensuring an effective overall HR contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with the functions and Shared Services.
• Supporting the business and the execution of HR processes involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle by determining and delivering the best approach in the area of responsibility and executing the HR priorities while adding value to the business.
• Partnering with respective managers to develop and implement people strategies.
• Facilitating change management initiatives and driving behavior change & continuous improvement across the respective business area / area of responsibility.
• It is a part-time position (4 hours per day) with one on-site office day per week

Qualifications for the role:

• You are highly skilled in working within the industrial market, primarily in a sales-oriented environment
• You have at least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
• Possess an enhanced knowledge in Workday is an advantage
• You are passionate about people, and understand the needs and expectations of different generations in the workplace
• You bring a strong sense of empathy and emotional intelligence, enabling you to navigate delicate interpersonal situations
• A degree in Human Resources is required, affinity with or exposure to the engineering domain is considered an added advantage
• You are fluent in both Hungarian and English
