As a Field Specialist Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive technical and operational training to build the skills needed to perform field services at remote locations across Indonesia. This role involves significant hands-on work, problem-solving in challenging environments, and supporting field operations to deliver excellence to our clients.

What You Will Do

• Participate in structured technical training programs to develop field expertise.
• Support field operations involving equipment preparation, maintenance, and deployment.
• Assist senior specialists in conducting field services safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and provide technical support on-site.
• Maintain accurate documentation of field activities and equipment performance.
• Work in diverse and remote locations across Indonesia, often for extended periods.

Requirements

• Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor of Applied Science (D4) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, Industrial, or related fields).
• 0-3 years of professional experience (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
• Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to work in hands-on technical environments.
• Able and willing to work in remote areas and travel frequently.
• Ready to be placed anywhere in Indonesia based on operational needs.
• Physically fit and able to adapt to demanding field conditions.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and eagerness to learn.
