The Project Manager monitors and controls project progress while keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring risk and QHSE concerns are mitigated. This person is responsible for COSD (resource consumption) and drives efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

The position holder is responsible for planning and delivering projects according to schedule, scope, budget, and quality expectations. This role ensures the project plan meets all contractual requirements and supports team members' career development through performance monitoring and skill development. The position reports to the Project Manager Focal Point and is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Successful position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams. They demonstrate strong organizational and leadership skills to manage project-based work with minimal field operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver projects that meet scope, time, cost, and quality objectives.
• Act as the single point-of-contact for all stakeholders.
• Engage with customers to understand high-level goals, business plans, and objectives.
• Support sales with technical and commercial proposal development.
• Develop project plans and explore opportunities for value-added products and services.
• Define resource plans for assets, products, and workforce.
• Identify risks, mitigation measures, and implement risk responses.
• Drive synergies and opportunities for cross-Product Line integration.
• Communicate with Product Centers regarding key/new products related to the project.
• Capture lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement.
• Support business functions in all phases of the project.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in project management roles, preferably in energy or technology sectors.
• Strong background in planning and execution of project-based work.
• Certifications: PMP or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Understanding of QHSE principles and risk management.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
• Languages: English proficiency required.
