Job Description

Job Title: Operator - Process

Department: Project Management (Technical Services)

Direct Supervisor: Lead - Process

I

Job Purpose:

Prepare and perform all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, ensuring safe and timely execution, and deliver works at Provisional Turn Over in coordination with Lead Process.

Key Result Areas:

• Ensure compliance with project safety regulations to maintain an accident-free environment.
• Support Construction Engineer in updating pre-commissioning schedules and driving completion priorities.
• Attend MEI/PSSR walk-downs, inspections, and manage punch-list items.
• Mobilize resources (personnel, equipment, consumables) for timely execution of pre-commissioning activities.
• Manage commissioning activities and supervise subcontractors.
• Ensure safe execution through work permit procedures.
• Liaise with field operations during start-up phase.
• Prepare and review commissioning dossiers and check sheets.
• Provide start-up assistance at jobsite as required.

Internal- Construction Engineers, Commissioning Leads, Field Operations Team.

External- EPC contractors, vendors, and third-party service providers

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

Educational level: B.Sc Degree/Diploma in Process Engineering or equivalent.

Years of Experience: 5-8 years in oil & gas operations, commissioning and start-up.

Required background and Knowledge: General experience and knowledge of flow metering, valves, pumps and other equipment's.

Required soft skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, ability to work under pressure.
