Job Description: Project Director Location: Poland Start Date: 26 January 2026 Pay Rate: 125,000 per annum Job Description: The Project Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, and completion of projects within budget and on schedule. The successful candidate will lead a team of project managers and coordinators to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement project plans Manage project budgets and resources Coordinate project teams and stakeholders Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary Ensure compliance with project management best practices Report on project status to senior management Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Project management certification (e.g. PMP) is preferred
