This Position reports to:
Senior Engineering Manager
Your Responsibilities
- Develop engineering solutions, drawings, and calculations aligned with contractual and technical requirements.
- Prepare and review engineering documents, participate in design reviews, and implement design modifications.
- Support customer obligations by delivering compliant design inputs and presenting technical aspects in project meetings.
- Share technical knowledge through workshops and lessons‑learned documentation across projects.
- Apply standard engineering processes and tools while contributing to improvements for future reuse.
- Identify and manage technical risks, reporting safety, quality, and contractual issues to project leadership.
- Ensure contract compliance through accurate BOM management, variation requests, and adherence to project plans and cost targets.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing.
Your Background
- Solid knowledge of electrical distribution equipment, including switchboards, panelboards, and industrial control systems.
- Proficiency with 3D CAD tools (Creo) and PLM platforms (Windchill).
- Strong communication abilities with bilingual fluency in French and English.
- Demonstrated engineering capability with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high attention to detail and effective teamwork.
- Ability to identify process and design improvements and contribute actively to solution development.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP (asset).
