Technical Officer (Mechanical Trade)

• Lead the team of supervisor and technicians on the mechanical/fire protection systems and services
• Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned.
• Plan, schedule, and execute monthly Preventive/Breakdown/Corrective maintenance activities in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Perform procurement of services / materials, including liaising with external contractors if necessary for the assigned department.
• Attend client meetings and internal briefings. Provide updates on work progress, technical issues, and improvement plans.
• Ensure accurate and proper documentation of maintenance records, service reports, and inspection checklists, in line with ENGIE and client quality policies.
• Monitor and ensure that all service delivery meets or exceeds the contractual KPIs.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering and relevant fields.
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in the facilities management industry (Experience in a hospitality-based industry is a plus)
• At least 3 years of experience/technical knowledge in maintenance of Fire alarm and fire protection systems. (Fire Sprinkler, Dry riser systems, Fire Alarm systems).
• Knowledge of Fireworks / EST3 system is a plus
• Good communication skills, positive mindset and strong willingness to learn
• Hardworking and able to multi-task
• Have good documentation practice
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
