Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive the product marketing strategy for ABB's Wiring Accessories and Home Automation portfolio within the assigned market. Each day, you will implement targeted marketing activities, support the Sales organization with product expertise, and contribute to business growth across the Residential and Commercial & Industrial Buildings (CIB) segments.
This role contributes to the Electrification Business Area - Smart Buildings Division in Singapore. Main stakeholders include Sales, Channel Partners, System Integrators, Consultants, Specifiers, and Global Product Management teams.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Drive and implement product marketing strategy for ABB's Wiring Accessories and Home Automation portfolio ensuring clear value propositions and market positioning aligned with global direction.
- Support Sales and channel partners with product expertise, training, and technical/marketing enablement to improve sales efficiency and achieve annual product targets.
- Develop and execute marketing and launch plans, monitor performance against targets, and initiate corrective actions where needed.
- Lead business development activities, including project lead generation, pipeline building, and engagement with developers, consultants, M&E contractors, and system integrators in the Residential and CIB segments.
- Conduct market intelligence on trends, competitors, and customer insights to guide local portfolio actions and support growth initiatives.

Qualifications for the role
- You are highly skilled in product marketing methodologies and have strong familiarity with the electrical, building technologies, and smart home automation market.
- You have min 3 years of experience in product marketing, business development, or a related field within electrical distribution, building automation, IoT, or smart home technologies.
- You possess solid knowledge of marketing tools, CRM platforms, and digital enablement tools.
- You are passionate about customer engagement, communication excellence, cross functional collaboration, and driving product adoption in the market.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- You are comfortable communicating in English and Mandarin (additional regional languages are advantageous).
