Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Systems Specialist - SIS to join our team in Libya. This role supports the delivery of safe, efficient, and reliable products and services, provides technical support, and contributes to continuous improvement in service delivery. The Systems Specialist will gain hands-on experience working with operations, design, and technical teams while exploring new technologies and optimizing job execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support in the area of expertise throughout sales, product, and service delivery processes
• Assist in developing technical job designs for Product Lines
• Identify opportunities for new and cost-effective techniques
• Explore and propose value-added products and services
• Consult with Design/Technical Engineers to optimize technical designs
• Assist in real-time incident response, recovery, and investigation
• Support evaluation of technical viability and appraisal of tenders
• Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends
• Maintain visibility with customers through participation in professional activities and calls for papers
• Understand competitors' technical offerings
• Participate in external technical societies, research organizations, and community events
• Contribute to, write, and review technical publications
• Engage with local universities, customer institutes, and research organizations

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• Basic understanding of technical service delivery and system support
