JOB PURPOSE:
Coordinates the daily technical activities and validated job programs, focal point between the technical and
operational team coordinating the daily activities with the operations coordinator to perform a high quality
operations at the field.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Job Specific Accountabilities
• Must be able to work independently.
• Uses technical business knowledge to make tactical/technical decisions to develop and improve
different cement jobs designs.
• Coordinates the day-to-day activities of individuals performing job/resource planning roles.
• Validates job proposals and reviews technical requirements versus available resources.
• Assesses service delivery and technical requirements for each job within assigned scope.
• Reviews and ensures submission of post job analysis, generate reports provides recommendations for
improvement, implements agreed improvements for subsequent jobs and shares learning with the rest
of Cementing Team.
• Reviews and ensures submission of success stories by writing, publishing, and presenting case
histories and industry papers.
• Reviews and updates BOD reports in a timely manner, ensure covering all fields/ different well types.
• Develops and maintains personal relationships with the customer technical team to effectively sell
tailored cement solutions. Collaborating with customer office-based drilling and / or production
engineers, uses cementing knowledge to tailor solutions to meet their requirements and ADNOC Drilling
commercial expectations, considering both the price of the solution to the customer, including
consideration for solutions and pricing offered by competitors, as well as the total cost to ADNOC Drilling
to deliver it.
• Supervises technical investigations of irregular jobs and initiates, reviews, and generate NCR s
pertaining to job design and technology.
• Leads and supervises all failure reports for assigned scope, discusses and reviews actions with
customer ensuring closing all action items.
• Coordinates and engages with other product lines for job investigations including detailed analysis of
different types of cement bond log report.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualification
• BSc/Diploma Engineering Certificate (or equivalent).
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Computer awareness in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel programmes.
• Good written and spoken English.
