Job Description:
The Training and Development (T&D) Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of training programs for employees within the organization. This role will involve working closely with various departments to identify training needs and create effective learning solutions to enhance employee performance and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement training programs based on organizational needs and objectives
Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and identify areas for improvement

Manage training budgets and resources efficiently

Required Skills and Experience:
