Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE best practices Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving HSE performance Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience as an HSE Supervisor or similar role Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Certification in HSE management is preferred
