Job Purpose

• Carry out carpentry work in compliance with all standards and extreme safety measures. Ability to use electric and manual woodworking tools

Job Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry work to the required extent using saws and other tools.
• Cleaning of wood surfaces and prepares them for further use.
• Mounting and dismantling of elementary wooden structures.
• Assembly and installation of wooden parts, elements and formwork structures.
• Fastening joinery to reinforced concrete parts using mounting piston guns.
• Construction of scaffolding supporting the formwork.
• Installation of formwork for columns, beams, floor slabs, walls and partitions, foundations, massifs, frame posts and purlins.
• Manufacturing and installation of jacking frames, caps, panels for sliding formwork and working flooring.
• Dismantling of the formwork of arches, reservoirs, tanks, bunkers, suction and supply pipes, as well as scaffolding supporting the formwork.
• Installation of suspended formwork for floors.
• Carrying out civil works.
• In cases of production need, all types of excavation work (trench, foundation pits, excavation, dredging, etc.)
• In cases of production need, concrete work manually and with electrical concrete mixer.
• Loading and unloading operations.
• In cases of production need, installation work (assembly and laying of plastic pipes made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), assembly and installation of reinforcement cages, and installation in formwork, assembly of metal fences, etc.)
• In cases of production need, plastering work and masonry walls.
• In cases of absence of basic work, the employee must provide assistance in performing other work in the department. Assist (carpenter, storekeeper, welder, cleaning the premises and cleaning tools).
• Strict compliance with HSE rules.

Education

Qualification Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a qualified carpenter.
• Availability of a diploma / certificate of qualification as a carpenter.
• Regulatory implementation of formworks.
• Knowledge of all safety requirements at onshore facilities.
