This Position reports to:
Quality Specialist

Accountabilities:

• Track RGA & RMA area, in order to fulfill KPIs of the area.
• Share quality alerts of customer complaints from quality investigations.
• Support Concerns program in order to accomplish goals of the program and help to get customer satisfaction.
• Keep records of the Quality Systems.
  
  Activities:
• "Participate in 5's Program as auditor or area owner when required. Do weekly audits per schedule.
• Control RGAs Inventory by keeping tracking file updated
• Provide to Auditor reworking plan based on schedule.
• Track shipment of reworked material.
• Upload Quality Concerns reported by people in Gensuite.
• Upload manually Continuous Improvement Tasks in PPS.
• Participate with Customer Quality Engineer in quality investigations at production lines, regarding customer's complaints.
• Support Customer Service Activities by collecting spare parts replacements and FOC (Free of Cost) orders and assuring delivering in shipping area.
• Develop Quality Alerts generated by Quality Investigations led by Customer Service.
• Register Scrap generated by Replacement Orders & by Reworking Area.
• Share CI, QA Concerns & RGA Inventory tracking files develop by Customer Service."
