Requirements:
Director, Project Controls
- (BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED)
- Oversee project control staff (cost, schedule, estimating) and providing leadership and direction to team
- Accountable for the performance and results of Project Controls function
- Prepare and manage quarterly earnings gap analysis for Asset Performance Solution business
- Support Asset Performance Solution Leadership actions to achieve business financial targets
- Support individual PSL leadership, provide guidance on opportunities to achieve earnings targets
- Monthly PSR Reviews:
- Manage Agenda of Project to be Reviewed and Review Dates
- Review and Approve Actions Items
- Run Monthly PSR meetings
- Oversee Project Forecast Model Updates
- Support PM with monthly updates
- Support PEQ PM with monthly vendor MPR/Accruals
- Develops and provides project variances, trending and analysis of expenditures, and follow-up on actions items.
- Cost Control management (review, forecast, controls, reporting, risk analysis)
- Support Global Resource Management (CCR, GRM, TRM, etc.)
- Liaison and support accounting team
- Monthly project close-out
- A/R and Cash Flow tracking and follow-up
- Support budget and forecast updates
- Quarterly SOX testing
- Project Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Oversee Reporting Systems and Analysis Development
- Power BI & Power Apps Development Reporting
- Maintain Project Performance Analysis Database
- Project Forecast Model Development
- Participates in the development of project cost controls strategy, systems; including responsibility for global processes and procedures in project risk control and cost control.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 20+ years of experience in O&M projects, A&F, etc.
