Title:
Director, Project Controls

• (BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED)
• Oversee project control staff (cost, schedule, estimating) and providing leadership and direction to team
• Accountable for the performance and results of Project Controls function
• Prepare and manage quarterly earnings gap analysis for Asset Performance Solution business
• Support Asset Performance Solution Leadership actions to achieve business financial targets
• Support individual PSL leadership, provide guidance on opportunities to achieve earnings targets
• Monthly PSR Reviews:
  • Manage Agenda of Project to be Reviewed and Review Dates
  • Review and Approve Actions Items
  • Run Monthly PSR meetings
• Oversee Project Forecast Model Updates
  • Support PM with monthly updates
  • Support PEQ PM with monthly vendor MPR/Accruals
• Develops and provides project variances, trending and analysis of expenditures, and follow-up on actions items.
• Cost Control management (review, forecast, controls, reporting, risk analysis)
• Support Global Resource Management (CCR, GRM, TRM, etc.)
• Liaison and support accounting team
  • Monthly project close-out
  • A/R and Cash Flow tracking and follow-up
  • Support budget and forecast updates
  • Quarterly SOX testing
• Project Performance Analysis and Reporting
• Oversee Reporting Systems and Analysis Development
  • Power BI & Power Apps Development Reporting
  • Maintain Project Performance Analysis Database
  • Project Forecast Model Development
• Participates in the development of project cost controls strategy, systems; including responsibility for global processes and procedures in project risk control and cost control.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 20+ years of experience in O&M projects, A&F, etc.
