What will you be doing?
Business Improvement (BI) is part of our business delivery functions supporting both our Region's organization and our projects. We are looking for a trainee for our Bois-Colombes Office (France IdF) to support the deployment of large initiatives. You will be part of the Global Projects Centre east (GPCe) and as such you will have the opportunity to interact with the various disciplines and countries of the region.
The BI trainee will support the business improvement team with their day-to-day work, but also focus on the following subjects to be developed:
- Digitalization : you will support our resource planning team with the transition to a digital tool by creating as examples, resource models for our project teams and training support material.
- Communication : you will support our communication by creating videos, presentations and posts on our internal social networks; liaise with managers and local communication team to energize, meet and maintain our communication plan.
- Initiatives : support day-to-day's needs, maintain KPIs & our best practices library.
What experience would we like you to have?
Training as part of final or pre-final study year in business management, communication, human resources, commercial or engineering.
Training for 6 months based in Bois-Colombes (France) starting March/April.
Technical knowledge & Skills
- Good level of English
- Skilled with data and digital tools
- Pro-active, curious and open in communication with others
- Creativity, flexibility, rigorous
