BI / Business Analysis 1.2 JOB OVERVIEWThis position is part of a multidisciplinary project team consisting of client staff, consultants, and contractors, and reports directly to the Commissioning Manager. The WTG Supervisor & SAP will be responsible for wind turbine-related commissioning activities, as well as 66kV WTG switchgear operations.The role is initially based onshore at the wind turbine marshalling harbour in the Netherlands for 2-3 rotations for onboarding and high-voltage authorization, followed by offshore work on a Service Operation Vessel (SOV). The position follows a 2-weeks on / 2-weeks off rotation, with 12-hour shifts on either day or night shift.Applicants are encouraged to discuss any specific needs to support a healthy work-life balance. The project promotes diversity and inclusiveness and welcomes applications from all backgrounds.1.3 RESPONSIBILITIESSupervise onshore and offshore commissioning activitiesEnsure outstanding works and quality issues are identified and reportedSupervise mechanical and electrical completionEnsure compliance with project HSSE requirements and local legislationEnsure work is performed in accordance with Employer requirementsEnsure commissioning tests are performed and documented according to procedures and templatesReport commissioning progress through daily progress reportsSupport proactive management, coordination, and communication between all partiesEnsure offshore Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) are appliedPerform HV switching operations when required1.4 KEY TASKSPerform commissioning walk-downs together with the turbine supplierReport quality issues in coordination with the Quality departmentReport HSSE issues and observationsDay-to-day supervision of turbine commissioning activitiesVerify that all tests are completed and documented correctlyParticipate in commissioning and performance testsMonitor and document sub-system performance testsSupport preparation and tracking of snagging listsComply with permit-to-work and electrical safety rulesMaintain safety standards in line with project HSSE guidelinesParticipate in daily site meetingsVerify commissioning documentation meets Employer requirementsSupport transfer of assets to Operations & MaintenanceParticipate in quality performance data collection and analysisProvide end-of-shift handover reports1.5 TASKS AS HV SAP (AS PER NEN 3840)Perform switching operations on 66kV WTG switchgearCoordinate HV operations with the onshore control engineerWrite and/or review switching protocols as requiredCoordinate closely with the turbine supplier's HV team on switching plans1.6 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSStrong background in wind turbine commissioningStrong background as HV SAP (minimum 66kV)Strong QHSSE knowledge and experienceMinimum 5 years' experience in the wind industry (preferred)Adaptable team player with strong communication skillsProficient in spoken and written EnglishBasic MS Office skillsWillingness to work day or night shiftsExperience with 66kV switching preferredValid GWO certificationsKnowledge of Dutch electrical standards preferred (NEN 3140 & NEN 3840)
