QA/QC INSPECTOR is required by our Client in Oil and Gas industry, to be assigned on a Contract basis, located in Trinidad and Tobago.

DURATION: 6 months

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:

• National Technician's Diploma or academic equivalent (preferably mechanical discipline).
• AMPP Certified Coating Inspector Level 2 or acceptable industry equivalent such as NACE CIP Level 2 or SSPC PCI Level 2.
• Insulation certification from an accredited institution e.g., NIA, IOGS/CII, or acceptable equivalent.
• Minimum ten (10) years of relevant post-qualification industry experience involving fabric maintenance, blasting/coating, and insulation inspection in process plant environments.
• Sound working knowledge of applicable industry codes and standards related to coating and insulation e.g., ISO 12944, ASTM C533/547/552, SSPC/AAMP etc.
• Competent in terms of inspection for all types of industry insulation and sheeting with specific experience in acoustic, thermal, low temperature / cryogenic insulation.
• Working knowledge of ULVA-type insulation is highly desirable.
