Job Description:

Job Purpose

The Product & Brand Specialist will work closely with the Product & Brand Manager to develop the innovation and activation plan for the product portfolio, brand building and pricing related. The role will lead execution of marketing programs to support the delivery of volume, turnover, gross margin and market share targets.

Key Accountabilities

The role will lead the execution and deployment of activation programs.

  • Lead all product portfolio innovation from development to landing to the market, balanced life cycle management (Phase In & Out) and new product launch assets & toolkit development & activation plan to deliver overall PCO portfolio strategy and business objective
  • Lead brand & comms campaign & consumer activation & brand event & brand transparency implementation to deliver related brand & media KPIs , based on brand strategy and annual brand communication plan
  • Lead Pricing related initiatives implementation including any pricing change e.g. pricing increase, pricing monitoring and pricing waterfall file.
  • Work with the agencies to plan detailed activation modules including key location route map, resource planning, tracking & monitoring mechanism, brand engagement programs, brand transparency elements
  • Ensuring Safe & Compliant on ground activations
  • Ensuring full compliance to NPR process in agency selection
  • Work closely with Brand and Sales teams to develop the right mix of activation model
  • Accountable for delivering on brand and activation KPIs
  • Tracking & supervising the brand & activation performance & crafting transparency in larger organization
  • through publishing periodic activation dashboards
  • Procurement & management of gifts & collaterals for on ground activations
  • Where relevant, act as BP Contract Accountable Manager to ensure safe execution of the contracted work while applying the Working with Contractor process throughout

Job Requirements

Education

  • University degree or equivalent business qualifications

Experience

  • 5 years of sales and marketing experience
  • Experience of working in sophisticated and ambitious global organizations
  • Shown marketing activation and project management skills
  • Ability to optimally build enduring and positive relationships with colleagues from a broad range of business disciplines
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
