We are currently seeking Oracle Fusion Technical Developer, to join our ERP Support team based in Noida.

About the opportunity we offer:

• Engage with functional analysts and business stakeholders to review and discuss business requirements for system enhancements. Apply Oracle product and technical knowledge to propose and develop appropriate solutions.
• Preparation of solution documentation.
• Delivery of solutions in development and test environments in line with approved solution documentation.
• Support the Enhancement Delivery team with technical expertise, working to improve both the Fusion solution and the enhancement delivery process.
• Support the User Acceptance Test process, working with functional analysts and end users to define and execute test scenarios. Identify occasions when additional regression testing is appropriate.
• Provide input and support for regression test cycles if required, working with business stakeholders and testers to prepare and execute effective test scenarios and scripts.
• Resolve technical defects identified during regression test cycles.
• Work with peers to deploy the Oracle Fusion solution to new entities and Joint Ventures in the TEN group.
• Assess Oracles quarterly product updates for appropriate opportunities to leverage new or improved system functionality. Contribute to resolution of any issues identified during regression testing for the quarterly updates.

About you:

• Relevant experience of implementing and / or supporting Oracle Fusion.
• Strong hands-on experience with OTBI and BI Publisher in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion data models and subject areas
• Good hands-on experience of ESS Jobs, and BI Reports as integration sources within the BI limitation.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion modules (Finance, SCM, PPM, OTL).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge/Experience of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) flows for data exchange between Oracle Fusion and external systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills; able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels in the business.
• Willingness to challenge the status quo, negotiate, persuade and influence change in the business.
• Demonstrable skills working with MS Office productivity tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, PowerBI.
• OTBI and BI Publisher within Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. Analyst should have knowledge on any two of following areas:
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), VBCS, Custom Objects, APEX

• Experience working with Implementation consultants is a plus
• Flexible to work on shifts, Paris shift for now.
• Available to work from the GBS Noida office at least three days / week.
