Technical Program Manager
KBR's National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to our customers in the intelligence and national security communities. • Integration: Integration of sensors, systems and software for Combatant Command and DOD organizations.
• Program Management: Advise government organizations on changes and improvements to systems, software and architectures. Develop and inform leadership on applicable solutions to meet Combatant Command and DOD mission needs.
• Sensor/Requirements Management: Provide guidance and improve processes for sensor improvement. Document discrepancies to systems, software and architectures while ensuring all changes are integrated effectively into systems.
• Collaboration: Coordinate technical exchange and system development meetings for Air Force equities. Ensure valid requirements are delivered to contract support teams.
• Sensor/Software Expansion: Advise and facilitate integration of emerging sensors and software into IC and DOD systems for effective integration at analytical nodes.
• System/Networking: Manage and ensure effective networks are in place for data dissemination across the enterprise.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Clearance: Top Secret with the ability to obtain SCI, SAP, and Polygraph.
• Sensor/Analytical Knowledge: Minimum of 10 years' experience with multi-source intelligence sensors and analytical capabilities in the DOD.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
• Program Management: Proven track record in managing and delivering complex projects. Background on system and software integration.
• Process/Software Management: Experience with advising senior leaders on process and system improvements.
• Weapons & Tactics: Experience with employment of various weapons and tactics techniques and procedures for intelligence mission systems.
• Communication: Proficient ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
• IC/DOD Knowledge: Understanding of the Intelligence Community and DOD intelligence operations.
• Data Transfer: Experience with how intelligence data is transferred, stored and accessed across the DOD. Knowledge of the tools and software used in the intelligence community.
• Experienced with Software: Proficiency in Microsoft software (i.e. Power Point, Excel, etc.)
• Operational Experience: Understanding of military intelligence issues worldwide
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's in Business Administration or Management
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Project Management Professional certifications and/or training
- Leadership training
Work Environment:
• Location: Bolling AFB
• Travel Requirements: Moderate 20-50%
• Working Hours: Flexible (dependent on mission schedule)
Basic Compensation:
$175k-190k
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
