In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Provide leadership and direct supervision to Support team
- Incident Management
- Request and Problem Ticket Management
- Perform critical resourcing decision based on team availability, required tasks, Priority to the business
- Point of Contact within the Application Support Group
- Address Critical Incident Escalation and coordinate with appropriate individuals and/or groups to bring issue to resolution.
- Maintain system stability post upgrades
- Assume ownership of support for new projects and implementations
- Lead relationship calls with business units
- Ensure operational KPIs consistently meet defined targets
- Foster a collaborative environment where team members propose ideas and initiatives to reduce escalations
- Enhance customer engagement while encouraging innovation
- Conduct performance evaluations and establish clear goals for team members
- Identify and address the skills gaps to meet business units demands
Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Minimum 6 years Oracle Applications Experience
- A proven history of successful People Management experience
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work in a demanding user environment
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle E-business suite
- Experience with gathering user requirements and understanding and interpreting requirements specifications
- Experience with full System Development Life Cycle
- Experience in Oracle RDBMS and UNIX
- Coding experience in SQL, PL/SQL/Oracle Reports and Forms skills.
