- Acting window for dedicated financial area
- Customer credit analysis and review of releasing hold orders
- Manage multiple types of securities and conduct annual credit evaluation
- Review of sales contracts and other account receivable related documents
- Prepare and review quarterly VAT filing
- Prepare cash forecasts to ensure efficient management of surplus cash
- Develop DSO forecasts for application to budget and financial forecasting
- Maintain and regularly update the customer master data
- Handle the issuance and management of bonds in coordination with foreign banks and Insurance company, based on POC revenue contracts.
- Manage group package insurance, including renewals and assessments
- Support Internal audit, Statutory audit, Tax filing support and other accounting related tasks
- Work with accounting/planning team to ensure accurate financials and increase efficiency by developing automated reporting/forecasting process
- Prepare the monthly and quarterly reporting packages for responsible financial area and conduct Balance sheet review
- Run financial process including month end closing with Business and Shared Service Center
- Prepare financial and regulatory reports required by laws and regulations
- We are responsible for compliance with global policies and process standardizations
- Provide financial data and presentation assistance for management team
- Assist in creating any additional results or ad hoc analyses as appropriate and ensure completeness and quality, Work on special projects as the need arises
Who You Are:
You ensure the effective management, implementation, and successful completion of all projects assigned to the team

- Situational adaptability: Adapting approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations
For This Role, You Will Need:
- BA degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
- Over 3 years of Finance in Multinational Company
- Strong computer skills in MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent analytical skills and Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills and fluent in English
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement
- Ability to prioritize and work in a highly dynamic, fast paced and team-oriented environment
