Function description

We're looking for a skilled Second Engineer to join an offshore team. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Chief Engineer in daily operations;
• Operating and maintaining engines, generators, pumps, compressors, boilers, and refrigeration systems;
• Performing regular checks and maintenance to keep equipment running safely and efficiently;
• Assisting with repairs and system upkeep;
• Following safety rules, environmental regulations, and company procedures;
• Guiding and training junior engineering staff.

Requirements

To qualify for this job, a perfect candidate should have:

• COC III/2;
• BOSIET with CA-EBS;
• Valid STCW certificates for the role;
• Offshore medical OGUK;
• MLC medical certificate.
