This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Manage Customer Support tickets and ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Enter and update customer information, product licenses, warranty support information and annual maintenance records in a document format or in a hosted application. Logging customer interactions in a recorded format.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints (via phone, email, mail) provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up with the engineering team to ensure resolution. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Generate customer logins and perform remote training on support web portal.
  • Following up with team to ensure resolution.
  • Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
  • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Minimum bachelor's degree is must.
  • 3 - 5 years job experience in relevant job roles.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Work experience in customer service.
  • Work experience in handling support tickets applications / data.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • Work experience in customer service in global companies.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong computer skills with excellent knowledge in MS Office product.
  • Good telephonic etiquette.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Work experience in handling support tickets applications / data.

Additional Requirements:
  • 5 to 10 % travel required, whenever necessary.
