About the mission we offer you:
Context:
Within an engineering firm specializing in project management, the Works Contracts Department is involved in the preparation, consultation, and contractual monitoring of contractors.
As part of the ongoing improvement of our consultation tools and methods, we are looking for a motivated and rigorous engineering intern who is interested in the field of business relations and construction procurement.
Responsibilities:
The intern will actively participate in the department's activities and will contribute in particular to:
1. Creating a database of construction companies
Objective: to facilitate the establishment of bidder lists at the start of the project.
Expected tasks:
o Contacts (management, sales, technical)
o Capacity for intervention/areas of specialization
o Turnover
o Number of employees
o Geographical area(s) of intervention
2. Integration of satisfaction survey results
3. Improvement of our pre-selection/selection tool
The department currently uses an internal tool to pre-select companies for large-scale international projects.
The intern will be tasked with adapting this tool to small and medium-sized projects:
During this internship, you will be supported by a mentor who will answer any questions you may have.
Starting Date: March/April 2026 (depending on the start date of the second year of engineering school)
Duration : 4 months

- Collect and organize key information:
o Contacts (management, sales, technical)
o Capacity for intervention/areas of specialization
o Turnover
o Number of employees
o Geographical area(s) of intervention
2. Integration of satisfaction survey results
- Collect feedback at the end of the project concerning the companies consulted or selected.
- Integrate these evaluations into the company database.
- Propose an operating methodology (rating, criteria, updating).
3. Improvement of our pre-selection/selection tool
The department currently uses an internal tool to pre-select companies for large-scale international projects.
The intern will be tasked with adapting this tool to small and medium-sized projects:
- Analyze the existing tool (strengths/limitations).
- Identify the needs of engineers and project managers.
- Adapt and/or improve the tool.
During this internship, you will be supported by a mentor who will answer any questions you may have.
Starting Date: March/April 2026 (depending on the start date of the second year of engineering school)
Duration : 4 months

- Target schools for distribution: ECAM, ENSAM, ENSTA, INSA, CENTRALE, or equivalent.
