• Maintain impeccable hygiene and food safety standards in the galley, ensuring a sparkling clean workspace.
• Efficiently manage and organize all galley supplies, from ordering to stock rotation.
• Innovate new menu ideas, bringing your culinary flair to the high seas.
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth and enjoyable meal times.

Requirements

To thrive as our new Cook, you'll need:

• A valid Cook Certificate of Competency (CoC) and full STCW certification.
• A current Seafarer Medical Certificate and a Seaman's Book.
• A valid passport, ready for international travel.
• Proven experience as a Cook on vessels, bringing your culinary skills to our maritime environment.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to manage our galley independently.
• You'll be mastering hygiene, food safety, and stock control, growing your expertise with every delicious meal you prepare.
