Key Responsibilities:
  • Update all monthly SIOP files for each business unit, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Coordinate inputs from Shipping, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
  • Prepare SIOP presentations, KPIs, forecast trends, and performance metrics.
  • Provide data visualizations and insights for SIOP and leadership reviews.
  • Support forecast loading, forecast accuracy reporting, and usage‑based forecasting.
  • Assist with analysis of variable-demand items (ETO/MTO) and partner forecasts.
  • Maintain ERP planning parameters including safety stock, lead times, lot sizes, and procurement attributes.
  • Conduct periodic planning parameter audits.
  • Monitor raw material and purchased‑component inventory.
  • Support initiatives to reduce excess and obsolete inventory.
  • Develop dashboards for production, demand planning, and inventory KPIs.
  • Analyze business intelligence using internal systems, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Monitor MRP exceptions and support communication between planning, procurement, and production.
  • Support alignment of production schedules with material availability.
  • Participate in contingency planning for supply disruptions.
  • Support month‑end closing processes for inventory and demand adjustments.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in forecasting, planning, reporting, and inventory workflows.


Who You Are:

A detail‑oriented, analytical professional who takes ownership, communicates proactively, and collaborates effectively across functions. You can explain complex data clearly and are committed to improving planning and inventory performance.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5 years of related experience (production planning, master scheduling, material planning, or SIOP/S&OP support) with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience
  • Bilingual (English 90%)
  • Experience with forecasting methodologies and SIOP processes.
  • Experience with purchasing or inventory management in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong Excel, Power BI, and ERP system skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of data and multiple priorities.
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong follow‑up discipline.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
  • APICS CPIM, CSCP, or similar certification.
  • Experience presenting data and recommendations to leadership.
  • Experience with ETO/MTO environments and parameter‑driven planning.
  • Experience supporting planning process standardization.
