Wood is accepting expressions of interest for an Offshore Walk to Work Execution Focal Point.

The Offshore Walk to Work Execution Focal Point is the primary interface between onshore and offshore teams for all W2W activities on Triton FPSO. The role is responsible for driving safe and efficient daily work execution, ensuring all departments deliver their scopes in line with the agreed plan, and actively managing execution risks and constraints. The position plays a key role in coordinating offshore resources, aligning priorities, and maintaining clear communication to optimise productivity and minimise downtime during the W2W campaign.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Execution & Coordination

• Act as the single point of contact offshore for all W2W execution matters.
• Lead and coordinate daily offshore execution activities in line with the integrated plan.
• Drive offshore departments, contractors, and personnel to deliver agreed scopes of work.
• Ensure work is planned, sequenced, and executed efficiently to maximise W2W productivity.

Onshore / Offshore Interface

• Maintain strong communication between offshore teams and onshore planning, execution, and support functions.
• Provide clear and timely feedback on progress, issues, and changes to plan.
• Escalate execution risks, clashes, or constraints early and support resolution with onshore teams.

Planning & Daily Operations

• Support daily planning meetings, toolbox talks, and execution reviews.
• Monitor progress against plan, identifying deviations and driving corrective actions.
• Ensure all work fronts are ready, including permits, isolations, materials, and resources.
• Support revisions to the plan where required to maintain efficiency and safety.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Provide visible leadership offshore and act as a role model for safe execution.
• Promote strong cross‑departmental collaboration and teamwork.
• Challenge inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement in execution methods.

Safety, Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety, environmental, and company procedures.
• Reinforce a strong safety culture and intervene where unsafe acts or conditions are identified.
• Support incident reporting, investigation, and learning where required.

Required Experience & Competencies

• Offshore execution experience, preferably on FPSO or fixed installation environments.
• Strong understanding of offshore work planning and execution processes.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple disciplines and manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to challenge and drive performance while maintaining positive working relationships.
• Strong safety leadership and situational awareness.

Desirable

• Previous Walk to Work campaign experience.
• Background in offshore construction, maintenance, or shutdown execution.
• Experience operating as an offshore focal point or execution lead.
