We Want You
  • Plan and coordinate annual disaster recovery tests, including scheduling and organizing meetings
  • Define test scenarios aligned with technical and business constraints
  • Prepare for tests by collecting documentation and ensuring prerequisites are in place
  • Monitor test progress in real-time and lead follow-up meetings
  • Consolidate results, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions
  • Update DRP documentation and provide KPIs and action plans to decision-making committees
  • Maintain the DRP calendar and present activities to various internal committees
  • Verify compliance of DRP documentation and challenge solutions provided by experts
  • Manage test participants and interface with functional staff
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and knowledge sharing


Who Are You
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in disaster recovery planning or related IT fields
  • Skilled in project management and stakeholder coordination
  • Proficient in using ITSM tools and familiar with CMDB concepts
  • Comfortable engaging with technical, functional, and management stakeholders
  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
  • Proactive and self-motivated professional with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage stress in high-impact situations
  • Strong communicator capable of simplifying complex information for diverse audiences
  • Adaptable team player with a continuous improvement mindset


Working Hours
  • Standard working hours: 08:00 - 19:00, with flexibility to align with team coordination across different locations.
  • The role may require participation in an on-call rotation to support incident-related activities during off-hours, including:
    • Weekday evenings (from 17:00 to 08:00)
    • Weekends and public holidays (24/7 coverage)
  • The on-call duty applies in coordination with the Incident Management team and is shared across several transversal process roles.
