Change Manager - fixed term contract (2 years)

What you will do:

ENGIE IT's transversal team oversees the coordination and standardization of ITIL processes across all departments. As part of our internal growth strategy, we are recruiting a Change Manager to take operational responsibility for the Change Management process.

We Want You

• Lead and organize Change Advisory Boards (CAB) for critical changes
• Assess and validate lower-impact changes independently
• Verify compliance and completeness of change requests
• Support contributors in performing impact and risk analyses
• Serve as the operational point of contact for the Change Management process
• Promote best practices across internal teams, partners, and service providers
• Facilitate Post Implementation Review (PIR) sessions and consolidate feedback
• Coordinate technical contributors to investigate change-related incidents
• Identify and recommend process improvements proactively
• Participate in the weekly Operations Committee (COMOP) and represent Change Management

Who Are You

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in IT Change Management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices
• Experience with ITSM tools and change management processes
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
