We are currently seeking Executive/Sr Executive - MDM, to join our MDM Ops team based in Noida.

About the opportunity we offer:

Supplier & Customer Data Management:
  • Create, update, and maintain supplier and customer master data records in the MDM system.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and adherence to data governance policies.
  • Collaborate with business units to resolve data discrepancies and issues.

Third-Party Data Cleansing:
  • Coordinate and execute data cleansing activities using third-party tools or services.
  • Validate and reconcile cleansed data to ensure consistency with internal records.

Project Support & Coordination:
  • Assist in the creation, execution, and monitoring of MDM-related projects involving supplier and customer data.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement data-related initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation related to data processes, workflows, and project activities.

Data Governance & Quality:
  • Follow data governance standards and best practices.
  • Conduct regular data audits and validations.
  • Support data enrichment and standardization activities.

Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Act as a point of contact for data-related queries from business users.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams regarding data issues and updates.

ERP System Knowledge:
  • Preferable experience working with Oracle ERP systems for data integration, extraction, or updates related to master data processes.

Reporting & Metrics:
  • Generate reports on data quality, creation, and maintenance activities.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to master data.


About you:
  • Bachelors degree.
  • 1-5 years of experience in operations.
  • Good knowledge of Master Data Management & data cleansing activities.
  • Good understanding of compliance for Supplier & Customer and Projects role in business operations.
  • Preferable knowledge of Oracle ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with MDM tools and platforms (e.g., Informatica, SAP MDG, Collibra, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
