Job Description
1. Develop manpower planning budget/reports for projects and ensure they align with overall annual business plan.
2. Prepare budget for software and new technology related to design/analysis and ensure implementing interrelated training programs for all engineers. / Prepare budget for software & new technology required for design/analysis and ensure that training programmes for the implementation of new resources are arranged for all engineers.
3. Ensure deliverables of various disciplines to meet deadlines and work schedule. / Review progress of project to ensure work schedule is followed and deadlines are met.
4. Setup/ Prepare development plans for subordinates to enhance their skills and improve productivity
5. Ensure that the required software is developed for various disciplines and training programmes are effectively implemented to comply with prescribed standards.
6. Provide construction coordination interface with Procurement and Engineering Management among design, procurement, safety and operations as and when required.
7. Review designs for constructability, resolve design problems encountered in the field during construction and meet & discuss solutions with Design Engineers.
8. Provide field support, inspects/verifies materials, equipment, construction workmanship and assure compliance with drawings, specifications and code requirements.
9. Compliance in accordance with HSE standards.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering.
• 10 years' experience in various constructions aspects of offshore structures including jackets, topsides, hull structures, handling of FE analysis, mooring analysis, longitudinal strength of vessels, stability calculations, pipe lay analysis, flexible cable lay analysis, etc.
• Work experience in an established offshore EPIC company.
• Excellent managerial skills.
• Sharp analytical skills.
• Good team playing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
