We are looking for our client, specialized in the industrial sector, for an Industrial Project Manager (CAPEX) based in Dunkirk.

Job Title: Industrial Project Manager (CAPEX)

What will be your missions and responsibilities?

Within a sub-project or package (SMP or BOP), you will manage a dedicated area and will be responsible for:

• Leading the execution of the project in accordance with HSEQ objectives, the reference schedule, and the budget.
• Defining and clarifying the objectives, scope, and deliverables in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinating functional resources: HSE & Permits, QA/QC, Program Control, Contracts, Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction, Commissioning.
• Managing suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors within the scope.
• Preparing and monitoring the project schedule and budget.
• Tracking project progress through KPIs and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensuring compliance with HSE and QA/QC standards and procedures.
• Identifying and managing risks and opportunities.
• Managing interfaces with other project managers.
• Communicating effectively and ensuring regular reporting.
• Participating in the drafting and monitoring of contracts and amendments.
• Making operational decisions and escalating when necessary.

What profile and skills are required for this position?

• Education: Engineer or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in industrial project management, ideally on CAPEX projects
• Skills:
  
  • Knowledge of large industrial projects (engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, commissioning)
  • Ability to manage complex and multi-interface environments
  • Strong sense of responsibility and results-oriented
  • Coordination, communication, and leadership skills
  • Fluent English required, French appreciated
  • Proficiency in IT tools (Microsoft Office, EDMS)

Salary and benefits

To be defined according to profile and experience, between ₠45K and ₠60K
