In which organizational structure will you be working as a Commissioning HSES Manager?

We are looking, for one of our clients in the energy sector, for a Commissioning HSES Manager, based in Port-Jérôme-sur-Seine.

Commissioning HSES Manager: What will your missions and responsibilities be?

• Set up and lead the HSES organization during the commissioning phase
• Update, deploy, and monitor the project HSES Plan
• Conduct safety inductions for all personnel working on site
• Verify the HSES readiness of companies, contractors, and Air Liquide supervisors
• Ensure HSES compliance of work methods (Method Statements), tools, and equipment
• Perform and/or validate JHAs (Job Hazard Analyses) and manage SIMOPS situations
• Implement and control the permit-to-work system
• Lead weekly HSES meetings and Toolbox Talks
• Identify, correct, and monitor safety deviations and non-conformities
• Carry out regular site inspections and report hazardous situations
• Ensure weekly HSES reporting (KPIs, incidents, corrective actions)
• Promote and strengthen safety culture and HSES best practices on site

What profile and skills are required for the position of Commissioning HSES Manager?

• Expert-level HSES expertise in an industrial environment
• Proven experience in industrial commissioning
• Strong command of SIMOPS
• Solid knowledge of ATEX regulations
• Expertise in confined space work
• H0-B0 certification
• GIES N2 certification
• English proficiency
