We are looking, for one of our clients in the energy sector, for a Commissioning HSES Manager, based in Port-Jérôme-sur-Seine.
Commissioning HSES Manager: What will your missions and responsibilities be?
- Set up and lead the HSES organization during the commissioning phase
- Update, deploy, and monitor the project HSES Plan
- Conduct safety inductions for all personnel working on site
- Verify the HSES readiness of companies, contractors, and Air Liquide supervisors
- Ensure HSES compliance of work methods (Method Statements), tools, and equipment
- Perform and/or validate JHAs (Job Hazard Analyses) and manage SIMOPS situations
- Implement and control the permit-to-work system
- Lead weekly HSES meetings and Toolbox Talks
- Identify, correct, and monitor safety deviations and non-conformities
- Carry out regular site inspections and report hazardous situations
- Ensure weekly HSES reporting (KPIs, incidents, corrective actions)
- Promote and strengthen safety culture and HSES best practices on site
What profile and skills are required for the position of Commissioning HSES Manager?
- Expert-level HSES expertise in an industrial environment
- Proven experience in industrial commissioning
- Strong command of SIMOPS
- Solid knowledge of ATEX regulations
- Expertise in confined space work
- H0-B0 certification
- GIES N2 certification
- English proficiency
