Which organization will you join as an HR Apprentice (M/F)?

To strengthen our teams and continue our growth, we are looking for an HR Apprentice based in Toulouse.

HR Apprentice: What will your responsibilities be?

Training Management
  • Develop training plans with the support of the HR Department
  • Handle administrative management of training files
  • Research funding opportunities with the branch's OPCO

Performance Review Campaigns
  • Set up templates in our HRIS
  • Plan review campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze these campaigns to identify training needs

Personnel Administration
  • Assist in drafting contracts, amendments, monitoring probation periods, and medical check-ups
  • Track statutory sick pay (IJSS)
  • Support all HR administration topics, excluding payroll

Various HR Optimization Projects
  • Write practical guides for HR teams
  • Promote the use of the HRIS at the group level

Various tasks in Health / Safety / Environment (HSE)

Profile we are looking for:
  • Seeking a 2-year apprenticeship for a Master's program with an HR-focused track
  • Good level of English is appreciated
  • Strong communicator, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a team
