HR & Sales Administration Assistant: Your Responsibilities
- Administrative Management of Consultants
You will manage the administrative processes of the Consultant population in France, including employment/service contracts, amendments, onboarding and end-of-contract procedures. You will affiliate Consultants with required institutions (occupational health, health insurance, disability insurance), organise medical check-ups, and follow up on mandatory training, certifications and authorisations. You will also oversee the provision of PPE where required.
- Consultant Payroll Management
You will monitor working time (leave, absences) and prepare monthly payroll variables for Consultants in France. You will verify payroll production with the outsourced payroll firm.
- International Mobility for Business Travel
You will manage all travel logistics (flights, trains, hotels) according to instructions from line managers using the designated booking platforms. You will handle work visas and administrative formalities as needed, and coordinate with managers and local HR teams for mobilisation and demobilisation of Consultants abroad.
Sales Administration - 50%
- Administrative Management of Sales & Billing
You will generate periodic revenue according to the billing calendar, process client orders (receipt follow-up, compliance checks, signature process, archiving), and adjust revenue based on payroll data. You will re-invoice expenses (travel, visas, expense reports), resolve billing issues (rejections, missing orders), validate invoices according to client procedures, and send them through client-specific channels. You will also report to the Group Billing Manager and the Management Controller, and contribute to drafting and updating internal processes.
Profile Sought
Ideally 1-4 years of experience in a similar role.
Operational level of English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
