What organization will you work in as a Supply Chain Manager (M/F)?

Within the framework of large-scale CAPEX projects, our client is looking for a Project Supply Chain Manager with strong experience in supply chain management for complex industrial projects.

Supply Chain Manager (M/F): What will your missions and responsibilities be?

  • Responsible for the supply chain across all project phases (FEED, construction, commissioning).
  • Full leadership of the project supply chain as the single point of contact with Purchasing, including the management of expediting, Owner's procurement, logistics, and quality inspection teams.
  • Active contribution to the Project Steering Committee by identifying, escalating, and resolving supply chain governance and performance issues.
  • Deployment of continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle (processes, maturity assessments, lessons learned).
  • Close coordination with the EPCM within an integrated organization under Purchasing leadership.
  • Selection and qualification of suppliers, management of tendering processes, negotiation and contracting in compliance with CAPEX rules, timelines, and standards.
  • Management of risks, claims, and change orders, as well as post-award contract administration.
  • Application of the Quality policy, identification of cross-project purchasing synergies, and reporting to the Program Manager.

Required Profile

  • University degree in engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 15 years of experience as a supply chain or procurement manager on large-scale CAPEX or industrial projects
  • Strong experience in project governance and continuous improvement
  • Proven leadership skills, results-oriented mindset, strong initiative, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with senior executives and stakeholders
  • Ability to influence, engage teams, and meet demanding deadlines
  • Professional proficiency in French and technical English, both written and spoken
