What organization will you join as an Clean Utilities Site Supervisor (M/F)?

We are currently recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients specialized in the pharmaceutical industry, a Clean Utilities Site Supervisor (M/F). The position is based in Val-de-Reuil for a duration of 3 months.

Assignment Context

Within a pharmaceutical industry player operating in a regulated environment, the Clean Utilities Site Supervisor (M/F) will be responsible for supervising pharmaceutical package works.

Clean Utilities Site Supervisor (M/F): What will your missions and responsibilities be?

Main Mission

To supervise the execution of a pharmaceutical utilities package (purified water, nitrogen, compressed air, raw materials, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

  • Verification of work compliance with engineering and execution documents
  • Verification of workmanship quality (welding, supports, component installation, etc.)
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable HSE regulations
  • Technical arbitration in case of site issues, in coordination with the package technical lead and the project team
  • Weekly progress reporting
  • Participation in project, site, and HSE meetings
  • Participation in and/or preparation of work permits, hot work permits, and other required permits, in collaboration with the on-site construction team

What profile and skills are required for this Clean Utilities Site Supervisor (M/F) position?

Education & Experience

  • Technician or Engineer
  • Minimum 10 years of site supervision and project follow-up experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in high HSE constraint environments (ATEX, pressurized equipment, radiation, corrosive products, etc.)
  • COFREND certification (preferred)
  • Fluent French and English (written and spoken)

Technical Skills

  • Site supervision and construction follow-up
  • Clean utilities and pharmaceutical environment expertise
  • HSE and high-risk environments knowledge
  • Inspection and quality control
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Navisworks

Personal Skills

  • Strong technical analytical skills
  • Ability to work under strict regulatory constraints
  • Strong organizational skills and autonomy
  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
