Function Description

We are building a Finance Talent Pool to support upcoming projects starting in 2026. This initiative is aimed at identifying professionals with strong financial expertise and a passion for working in technically advanced industries.

We are seeking freelance, interim, and permanent candidates for roles such as:

• Finance Assistants - Support day-to-day financial operations, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and reporting. Ideal for detail-oriented professionals with a proactive mindset.
• Project Controllers - Oversee financial performance of large-scale engineering projects, ensuring budget adherence and risk management.
• Financial Analysts - Provide insights into cost structures, investment strategies, and financial forecasting for technical operations.
• Business Controllers - Support strategic decision-making through financial planning and performance analysis.
• Cost Engineers - Work closely with engineering teams to estimate, monitor, and optimize project costs.
• Finance Managers - Lead financial operations, reporting, and compliance within dynamic project environments.

Requirements

• Solid background in finance and relevant expertise in any of the above technical fields.
• Have experience in the offshore, maritime, energy, or civil industries (a plus, not a must).
• Proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Dutch fluency preferred; English required.
• Must reside in the Netherlands with a valid Dutch work permit or EU citizenship. Visa sponsorship is not offered.
