Short Description

We are looking for a Senior Mobility Specialist to join the Human Resources team of a leading international company within the energy sector.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced HR professionals with strong background in global mobility and expatriation processes, working within a dynamic and international corporate environment.

Function Description

The Senior Mobility Specialist will be part of the Human Resources team and will be responsible for the end-to-end management of global mobility and expatriation programs related to Mexico.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full global mobility lifecycle, including pre-assignment, on-assignment and repatriation processes.
  • Coordinate immigration, tax, social security and relocation activities in collaboration with external service providers.
  • Act as a key point of contact for mobile employees, providing guidance and support throughout international assignments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local legislation and global mobility guidelines.
  • Coordinate cross-border transfers and international assignments planning.
  • Maintain accurate mobility-related data, reporting and documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to global mobility policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure a smooth and compliant mobility experience.


Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Experience
  • More than 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in Global Mobility roles.
  • Experience working in multinational environments, preferably within the energy, industrial or similar sectors.
  • Strong experience coordinating external vendors such as immigration lawyers, tax advisors and relocation providers.
Skills & Competencies
  • Solid knowledge of global mobility processes, including immigration, taxation, social security and relocation logistics.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse and international stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent English and Spanish.
